Welding positioner HBJ20

Welding position HBJ20 consists of turning organ, worktable, tilting organ, frame, electrical control system.

Welding positioner is mainly used for welding assembly of parts. It is widely used in doiler, pressure vessel, chemical machinery, etc. It can improve welding quality greatly, reduce labor intensity, which is one of good ways to increase work efficiency.

The welding positioners could be divided to HBJ series welding positioner, HBS sereis Elevating positioner, SLBT series elevating and double turning positioner, STWB series head and tailstock positioner and special positioner, etc.

HBJ20 Welding positioner is mainly used for welding assembly of parts. It can carry work-piece into rotation by means of rotation of worktable, with speed adjusted accordingly based on requirement of welding technology, thus realizing automatic welding.
